PFR School of Pioneers 2025 finalist. Leads strategy, partnerships and regulatory compliance.
Senior digital executive with 25+ years across enterprise SaaS, AI and customer success. Built the full Blossom Ally PoC independently, fine-tuned AI model, LoA algorithm, multilingual interface. Leads product architecture and AI development.
